What is a legal service plan?
The term legal service plan has been developed to denote any type of
arrangement that organizes the delivery of personal legal services for consumers.
For a prepaid legal service plan (which we run), it is any type of arrangement in
which a participant prepays for legal services which they may require in the
future. Payments are fixed and can be made each year, monthly or every 6mths
in exchange for certain service benefits to be used as and if needed.
If I am a monthly subscriber, when does my subscription begin to count?
A month as defined in our agreement is for a period of 30 days and would begin
to count from the day you registered as a subscriber. In other words from the day
you obtained your membership card and ID number.
However if you don’t not pay your subscription fee consistently and a legal need
arises in which you would require our services, your subscription fee would be
paid from the month you began your inconsistency with a 25% added interest.
What is the guarantee that I would get a suitable lawyer who would
handle my legal problem to my satisfaction?
Our team of associates/service providers who are registered with us would
undergo series of thorough screening and that includes proof of competence and
skill in their areas of specialization, an evidence of contentious matters handled in
court, to which they excelled. We would then guarantee their suitability once they
have passed our test.
